Finally able to knead pizza dough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using the Professional 5 Plus for the last 7-8 years but the motor started wearing down unable to knead pizza dough. I bought this mixer and have been using it for about 2 weeks and so far it's great. The dough mixture is 8+ cups of flour and it kneads it without any hesitation.

The Proline Series 7 is a workhorse for our home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as an upgrade from a 5qt mixer that we have had for 20 years. The 7qt capacity is awesome because it can handle any kitchen project we have. It's cookie baking time and we will be mixing up a multitude of cookie doughs. Our new Proline will make dough prep easier and more efficient this year and the years to come.
The only clunky operation that we have is placing the plastic splash guard on. That has been a challenge for us. The guard seems to be a tricky fit and we have not mastered it yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it as an upgrade since the 5 quart was too small, it has only been used once so far, its my first stand mixer, been using a hand held for decades, so far worth the investment.I need to be little more proficient in getting the bowl on but I think that will come in time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought for cookie making. Unit is strong but I think the bowl is not up to the quality of kitchenaid. This is my 3rd stand mixer, I have a 5 and 6 which I love. But the new bowl attaches but not steadily.
