[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been dreaming of getting a kitchenaid stand mixer for years. My husband decided to get me one for Valentine’s Day. He is the best! I loved it. I have also purchased several accessories for it. It is so quiet. I have made several loaves of bread with it. No strain on the motor when kneading, it doesn’t even get hot. This is a dream come true for me. Can’t wait to use the accessories. Thank you for such a great machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a 4.5qt Kitchtenaid stand mixer for several years but was finding the bowl wasn't large enough for my recipes ! I bought this 7qt and love it.
I did wash with olive oil & warm soapy water ( as found in the tips and tricks page) to remove any old polish from the stainless, and performed the "dime" test. I did watch uTube videos to learn how to remove/insert the bowl with ease. (very helpful) Also found tips and tricks on internet.
The mixer does move a bit if on higher speed but I've not used it yet on anything greater than 4. Can't wait to make more wonderful things from it. You won't regret getting it. Ready to get more attachments and try things out. Thanks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the 7 quart pro line stand mixer after reading reviews of several KA stand mixers as well as other brands and concluded the pro line would satisfy all my needs for the price. I was tempted to purchase a less costly model but poor reviews of those lighter models convinced me to purchase the pro line. Another factor driving my decision is the wide versatility of the mixer and availability of attachments.

On thing it just seemed like when I was changing speeds that there was a lag. But it may be something I need to get used to, since my old pro model didn't seem to do this.
