Heavy duty, easy to use, effective mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We previously had the smaller KitchenAid mixer but wanted the larger capacity and the bowl lifting and lowering capacity. I got to experience using one at the Culinary Institute of America Pastry Boot Camp where these mixers are used in their classrooms. We already appreciate the sturdy construction, ease of use and mixing ability of this larger model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this and I love it. I have thrown away all the individual hand gadgets and use this daily. I have been purchasing all the attachments. We used the grater for all my cheese I only buy fresh, the fruit and veggie strainer for tomatoes for our homemade spaghetti sauce. Food processor for homemade salsa. Have not tried pasta attachments yet. Need the bread bowl to fit this version...Please Kitchen Aid and collector bowls too.

Great Mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as an upgrade to my smaller KA mixer, as I've started making bread. The mixer works great. The pouring shield, however, doesn't fit and I can't use it, so that's a disappointment.
