[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's bigger than I might have chosen myself but boy does it have power! It certainly mixed the brown sugar and butter quickly. There is a slight learning curve using it. I'm looking forward to making bread.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a classic KitchenAid mixer since 1972 . . . didn’t realize what I have been missing until purchase of the Pro Line just before the holidays. All mixing was so much smoother and speedier . . honestly never thought there would be such a difference!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we have only made pizza dough. In that time however the quality of this appliance seems to be outstanding. If the motor longevity matches the quality in the build then I'd say we are in for a great cooking adventure.

Was great until it stopped working!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a professional chef working in the Caribbean and have purchased dozens of kitchenAid mixers of various sizes over the past 30 years. This one worked great for a year, then one day it cut out for a few seconds before catching and restarting. On the next use it would not start at all and is now a dud. Very disappointing for a unit that is quite expensive. I am now attempting to identify the cause and fix through KitchenAid customer services but this is not easy when you work outside of the US.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Tough, pretty and holds a lot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Husband chose the proline for me because of it's powerful motor and capacity, I have a big family and make all of our bread, I am very pleased with this mixer and would definitely recommend if you have a large family or if you do a lot of baking. Bottom line it's great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a novice baker but I knew that I would heavily use the various attachments so I wanted a mixer with a decent amount of power. I chose this because of the horsepower. I was concerned about the fact that has a 7qt container. But I noticed that a couple of reviews mentioned using small containers. I purchased the 3qt and 5qt container and they both work great for smaller batches. I also purchased it because of the 5 yr warranty that I initially overlooked when I compared to the Professional 600. My mixer is Soooo quiet. There is definitely a difference in the hardware on this machine in comparison to the 600. So far I’ve made bread, cookies, and veggie wraps with the sheet attachment and it handles everything so well so far. I’m extremely happy with my purchase.
