[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model works so well when baking large batches. It can make a 4x-recipe of heavy cookie dough with no straining. We use the meat grinder a lot and this unit doesn't heat up even when grinding 20 pounds of meat.

Great upgrade!

I bought this Pro Line 7 Quart to replace my 30 year-old KSM 5 quart which is still running fine but can't handle the work load anymore. So it was time to upgrade and I'm glad I did. A lot more power and a larger bowl makes it a lot easier to do double batches of pizza dough so, for me, I give it 2 thumbs up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this new mixer for my 80th birthday! My 30+ year old KitchenAid was just slowing way down. It had been used a lot. Bread making became a very slow struggle. I made bread, quick bread and a layer cake the first week with this new mixer. All were perfect.... and so much easier and faster.. We prefer our baked goods to be homemade. They are just better. This just makes everything easier, faster and delicious. And I will use the attachments to make the relishes, pickles and jams we make every summer.
