Great upgrade!

I bought this Pro Line 7 Quart to replace my 30 year-old KSM 5 quart which is still running fine but can't handle the work load anymore. So it was time to upgrade and I'm glad I did. A lot more power and a larger bowl makes it a lot easier to do double batches of pizza dough so, for me, I give it 2 thumbs up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this new mixer for my 80th birthday! My 30+ year old KitchenAid was just slowing way down. It had been used a lot. Bread making became a very slow struggle. I made bread, quick bread and a layer cake the first week with this new mixer. All were perfect.... and so much easier and faster.. We prefer our baked goods to be homemade. They are just better. This just makes everything easier, faster and delicious. And I will use the attachments to make the relishes, pickles and jams we make every summer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got a new 7qt professional series mixer and I love it. The extra power for and larger bowl makes it a dream to grind my own meats and the 7 qt bowl makes it easy to make large batches of dough. Moter never bogs down.

I love that I have the ability to make a double batch of chocolate chip cookies now and we will be able to make our egg nog recipe in one batch. my 6qt bowls and tools work on it as well so I now have three bowls to work with.

A stand mixer made for me

I would often see great deals on KitchenAids but upon further inspection they wouldn't be up to my standards. I wanted a machine that not only could do large batches but be as quiet as it could be.
