Quiet and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd Kitchenaid mixer I have owned in the past 40 years and I still have the other 2. I added it especially for bread mixing and am impressed at the ease with which it handles the heavy dough. It is incredibly quiet by comparison.

Heavy duty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to replace a mixer I got in 2004. My old mixer still works but only for light stuff. It was starting to leak packing grease this past year. It lasted me almost 15 years. This one is quieter, has a bigger bowl, and has already handled some heavy dough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This winter we decide we would bake as a family hobby. No XBox on Saturdays only music, eating, drinking and baking. We decided commitment would mean an awesome mixer with a dough hook attachment positioned to be viewed by anyone in our home. The Kitchen Aid Pro-line series 7 became the symbol of our family joy. Partnering with our new friends at King Arthur Flour we now bake breads, cakes, tarts, etc. on Saturdays and are heroes in our community. We love baking and the KA mixer helps the magic happen every weekend.
