Very powerful machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my 5 Qt. KitchenAid for 30 years and loved it. I am a daily breadmaker and relied on my mixer to knead the very heavy dough. I did my homework reviewing my replacement machine as ideally I wanted to be able to mix 4 loaves of dough at a time. The Kitchenaid 7Qt, with its 1.3 HP motor was the clear winner and I love it. The bowl capacity is great, the engine is powerful yet much quieter than my previous machine and the updated dough hook works like a charm. We also use the other Kitchenaid attachments to make pasta, etc so non Kitchenaid machines were not an ideal option. Very happy with my choice.

Not what I hoped for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a small Kitchenaide mixer that has lasted for ten years so I purchased this one for my business. It is impossible to pour ingredients in without having to constantly lower the handle. It doesnt mix smaller projects and is terrible with buttercream. Butter gets flattened beneath paddle and not roomy enough to scrape worhout having to remove bowl. So sorry I bought this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this Mixer the size and power, I can do two cakes at onetime.
Have three of the KitchenAid mixers the one with the tilt head, and a 5-6 quart.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer replaced the KitchenAid mixer I had been using for 20 or so years. I loved the last one, but I love this one even more! It easily handles every job we give it, including large bread dough recipes. Couldn't be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mixer and absolutely love it. My old one I gave to my daughter. It was about 20 years old and still ran like a champ but too small of bowl. This 7oz. Is perfect for mixing several batches at a time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this baby for my birthday. It sits next to my much smaller, but proud all the same original KA mixer. And this power pair is perfect...mix the batter in the big one and the egg whites in the small one. Yes! My only complaint is that the bowl is hard to snap in - but that just means I need to bake more to get it broken in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from 6 to 7 quart. So glad I did. So much easier to make double batches of dough! I've used KitchenAid for many years and love their products! My 6 qt was still working fine, so I gave it to a friend who was still using her 24 year old 5 qt KitchenAid!
