Big dog for big jobs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new pro mixer. It makes full batches of pastry dough without skipping a beat. Motor like a jet engine! We kept moving up the line and now that we have a pro we will never go back!

Perfect kitchen appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model is bigger than what I had before. First time use was for French Macarons. It whipped the meringue beautifully and there was plenty of room in the bowl to fold the almond flour.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I bought at Christmas. It was awesome - I make a biscotti recipe using over 6 cups of flour and 2 cup of sugar, the Pro Line mixer did and great job saving me time and energy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this model after much research over several months (that’s what I do). I couldn’t be more pleased. Replacing my wonderful but very small 4.5 qt Kitchenaid stand mixer. I’m now able to mix recipes that I used to do by hand. Higher cost than I wanted to spend but well worth the extra money!

Big step up from 5-quart lift model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a 5-quart bowl lift model almost 20 years ago for Christmas. I usually don't bake batches big enough to give me problems with my KitchenAid hand mixer, but when I do -- or need to whip up cream or egg whites -- the stand model has been great. Recently, however, I have been making heavier and larger cookie doughs that even the stand mixer struggles with. Got a great deal on this model just after Christmas, and it seems up for any job. Love the silver color, too!
