Sufficient Power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bee looking to replace my 7qt Viking stand mixer. I wanted something with close to the same mixing capabilities and the the ability to use attachments. So far it has stood up to the challenge. I made some firm pasta dough and it did a great job kneading it and the extruder worked as described. I am so happy with my purchase.

Double batches are a dream come true

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so very happy with my new pro series mixer, it’s beautiful and runs so quiet and smooth, made noodles for thanksgiving and cut them i cut them with my pasta attachment, I couldn’t be any happier.

My husband immediately bought me the new 7 quart bowl lift in silver and I love it. I used it right away for all my holiday baking and then some. So please, I thought I'd ever be happy with another, boy was I wrong!
