Not as convinced as I wanted to be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned KitchenAid mixers (and other products) for decades and love all of them. This is my third mixer. I like the speed at which the whisk whips up cream and egg whites. But it is very noisy and I find that distracting and annoying. Batter does not mix as well as my old 6-quart model. Thinking of giving this away and going back to the 6-quart mixer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Proline 7 quart mixer a month ago. It’s quiet for such a powerful mixer. I doubled a gingerbread dough recipe and was amazed at how effortlessly it handled the task. I also made a small batch of cookies wondering if the mixer was too big for this small job. The Kitchenaid mixer was perfect.

Superior stand mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Proline Series 7 stand mixer. It runs quietly and mixes ingredients as one would expect. The 7 quart bowl is large, so I also purchased the 3 quart bowl and whisk to use for smaller volume recipes. This my first stand mixer and I appreciate the convenience of not having to hold the mixer as done with a portable. I have made pizza dough several times and the dough to which everyone liked as much as going to the local pizza parlor. I would purchase this again and recommend to others.
