[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for pizza dough, as off last night I have used it for 4 batches. Typical batch of 1.5 kg 60% hydration no problem, a minor tick but nothing like mentioned in other reviews. Last night I did a 4.8 kg total weight 60% hydration pizza dough initial mix was easy and no spillage or flour flying out of bowl, the system did struggle after first 10minute rest, was hoping for a little more umph, but was able to keep up and click was minor, over all quiet and does a good job.

Soooo quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am amazed how quiet this mixer is compared to my other Kitchenaid mixers (5 qt, 6 qt professional). The reason I am giving 4 stars is that it takes several tries to attach mixer to the base. My other professional 6 was no problem. Also when mixing dough there is some give and seems like it will impact the life of the mixer. We shall see. I have had Kitchenaid mixers for about 45 years and love them!

Great stand mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was just about time to replace my vintage 4.5 qt tilt head mixer. The Pro Line 7qt is quiet and can accommodate double or triple the recipe. I have the Sugar Pearl color and it adds elegance to my kitchen. Truly looking forward to baking more and cooking more with it.

Great Stand Mixer!

I was a little concerned it might be too big but that went out the window the first time I used it making a loaf of bread. It's the perfect size at 7 qts. It looks great and fits on my countertop perfectly with a couple of inches to spare. Love it!
