[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for making bread dough. It does it in a jiffy and the consistency of the bread is just mouthwatering. I should have bought it long time ago.

I replaced a Wolf Gang Puck stand up mixer that I had been using for several years and loved...this mixer is even better! I do wish I could use other bowls but the series 7 doesn’t have any. Also the bowl is a little bit of a struggle to get on and off.

"Champ" makes great bread!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to avoid burning up the motor of my Classic mixer kneading bread dough. I have used it several times, and it barely gets warm kneading for 10 minutes on 2nd speed. My bread is now much more fluffy, with less effort. I named it "Champ".
