[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a KA 6-QT that was nothing but trouble from the start. Hopefully the Big-7 will be much more reliable. It's only been about a month so it might be too early to tell. No problem making bread dough at this point. Fingers crossed or it's the last KA in this house.

To hard to put on and off stand....i am a strong woman and it is hard
i called william sonoma the night of my purchase. no one could help me so i utubed. WS told me to call you,,,,,i can do it but as a 60 year old in ten years it may be too hard to do. also
did the dime test as butter was in bottom of bowl not incorporating. the screwdriver adjustment will not go any more to the left and even though dime moves. only every 4th whirl. not thrilled at all and I spent so much money. sad in atlanta
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
