planetary gear problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not take it out of the box for use until about three months after I bought it- big mistake! I could not return it to the store as a result. The planetary gear makes all kinds of noise when I turn it on. Super bummed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Powerful workhorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought it last week and made my two loaf bread recipe and it kneaded the dough without any problems...didn’t even get warm. My old 6 quart model would shut off and overheat before the time needed to finish. So glad I made the switch to the larger more powerful model!

The Best Mixer!

I have had it for many years and always wanted something bigger for bigger batches of dough (cookies and bread) This is amazing, so quiet and powerful! I wasn't expecting the "quiet" compared to my older mixer. Love that extra surprise. So happy that my old attachments work with it too.
