[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made bread dough. It is very easy to use, a little cumbersome not being able to tilt the upper part to remove the bowl.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is a true powerhouse. I did buy 2 following much research as an insurance policy. One clicked (as expected) and one did not. (See previous reviews about the clicking.) I returned the one that clicked as I have no interest in dealing with that annoying noise. The quiet one is still with me and I expect to have it for many years to come!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had 3 KA mixers and went up in size for larger batches. Like the design of the lift arm best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I am so happy I did. I have five children and my old mixer wasn't big enough to double so many recipes. I made a double recipe of meatloaf(4 pounds of meat) and the mixer worked perfectly. There was no spilling of milk or crackers when I turned it on. I also kneaded enough dough to make 2 loaves of bread and again the mixer worked like a dream. Another feature I love about the mixer is that it is so quiet. I can have a conversation with my kids while whipping cream because it is so quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm replacing my 25-year-old, 5 qt. KitchenAid mixer and very happy about the larger size. The color (Pearl White) is gorgeous! The bowl is a little hard to snap into place, but it will probably loosen up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Kitchenaid stand mixer. I’ve had it for a few weeks and have made cookies, banana bread, crackers, creme brulee and a multigrain bread. I’m an avid baker and this will definitely be an awesome piece of equipment to have in my kitchen. I tried out a bread recipe that produces a very stiff and dense dough that a hand mixer would not have been able to handle. This mixer handled it easily. It is very quiet for all the power that it offers. The sugar pearl silver is a beautiful color. I also purchased the bowl and combi whip accessory and it fits without any problem. In addition I purchased a flex edge beater which works great in reducing scraping down the sides of the bowl. I have used the pouring shield and had no problem with it staying in place.
