Great features and power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 7 qt mixer to replace my 30 years old 4.5 qt mixer which was still in good working condition. I should have done so sometime ago. The increased capacity of the bowl and the extra power makes it a joy to work with. The spiral hook is great for mixing dough. I make bread once a week.

We make triple & quadruple batches of biscotti dough and it mixes it like a dream!! There’s nothing it can’t handle-easy cleanup♥️♥️♥️

I love my Pro Line Mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 7qt Pro Line was a gift from my wife for Christmas. It replaced a 5qt Artesian that still works, but I wanted more volume and a stronger motor (especially for Bagel dough). I use my mixer at least weekly, mostly for breads and I'm really really pleased with it's performance. I find the dough hook (spiral) is much more effective at kneading than the C-Hook on my old mixer. I'm also shocked at how quiet the motor is, especially compared to my 5qt. If you're on the fence about the extra money for a Pro Line, go to youtube and watch some videos about the noise.
I will note one issue I had: I attempted to adjust the bowl height with the screw, and the head started to sheer. I don't know what the issue was there, but I had to return that mixer. I ordered a replacement. The instructions say the bowl height is adjusted at the factory, so I haven't touched the screw on my new mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A much better workhorse than the Artisan series. Mixer doesn't move around on the counter when mixing dough. Less need for scraping the sides of the bowl.

Great baking tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been the baker in the family, especially around the holidays. I make dozens of Pizzelles, Italian wedding cookies, nut rolls, Italian cheesecake for friends and family. This mixer saves me time and money as I can make larger batches.

Sad they’re discontinuing this model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is powerful and quiet with the same DC motor as the 8qt commercial machine. Unfortunately, it’s discontinued and the new 7QT has an AC, less powerful motor. Get this one while you still can!

I needed to upgrade my kitchenaid mixer since I’m doing a small home baking business. I needed a bigger bowl and especially MORE powder. This over 1 Horse power really fit the bill. It’s my new baby in my kitchen! It does hold sooo much ingredients! Love it!

LOVE THIS MIXER

The best part is how QUIET it is. I can actually have a conversation with someone while it’s running without yelling!! Of course it mixes insanely well, too.
