Super powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in February 2019, and finally used it in December 2029 - extremely smooth and very powerful. It replaced a regular kitchenaid stand up we had due to not being powerful enough. Made two batches of chocolates chip cookies like a breeze, used our meat grinder and same results. The only issue was a manufacturing defect - one of the brackets which hold the rubber feet is broken. I initiated a return a week ago and haven’t received the return label yet through fedex. Hoping they can fix it as it wobbles.

Quiet and powerful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new machine! I had a 600 series mixer, which was a solid machine but didn't provide the power I needed for the volume of baking I do. This beauty does the job. It still has the quirks that the machines seem to universally have, i.e., hesitant start, wonky attachment of the bowl, not quite getting at all of the contents of the bowl which requires hand scraping with a spatula. But still it's the best machine I've found on the market for home use and at a reasonable price point. And I love that I no longer have to warn guests and family to hold their conversations until the mixer finishes its business. The roar has been reduced to more of a purr..

I had the Kitchenaid 5qt professional one before, it was good, too, but when I started to make more bread, my 5 qt was not big enough to handle the amount of dough and I didnt want to burn the motor. This Proline series is more quiet, and really makes a big batch of dough and cookies. Worth the investment!!! And Kitchenaid has really good customer service!!!!! Would recommend this mixer if you make lots of bread and big batches of cookies!!! I so love my new mixer!!!!
This 7 qt one is my 3rd kitchenaid mixer, I started with the 4.5 qt classic one, then upgraded to the 5 qt professional one... I think this 7 qt is the best one for my baking needs!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great piece to add to your kitchen! I have only used my mixer a couple of times, however, it is fabulous indeed! Love the pouring shield for keeping down the mess to clean up, and the higher powered (1.3hp) motor definitely makes a difference!
