[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with it. Needs a small adjustment as beater knocks bowl. Love how quiet it is and large capacity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own 3 Kitchen Aide mixers. The 6 quart is a great mixer but the 7 outshines them all. It is strong and does the job without hick ups. Love that it can do so many batches of cookies and also handle my homemade bread without over heating.

love the capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this strictly for the capacity. I had the artisan for years and used it religiously and felt it was a great workhorse. This this same! Wanted larger capacity for breads but my only disappointment is the bread hook. I just don't think it does the job as well as my older version. The machine is perfectly calibrated so I can't say why it doesn't work as well, it just doesn't. Otherwise, would recommend for the volume and motor. Kitchenaid stand mixers rock. Also bought the 5.5 bowl for my smaller jobs so now I have the best of both worlds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mixer because I needed more power and volume than my 29 year old 4.5 quart tilt head Kitchen Aid (which still purrs like a kitten.) I'm a chef and use the next model down at work and I'm not pleased with it. This one however, is perfect! Powerful, smooth, quiet - everything you need in a mixer. You won't regret spending the extra money on this model. It's worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for the equivalent mixer I lost when our house was flooded by Harvey. I was skeptical at first because I had loved mine from before and really wanted one exactly like it. I had ordered a refurbished model and returned it because it was not the same: not the right size, the mixing attachments were not the same quality, etc. so I was a little worried about ordering this one. I LOVE IT! The color is a lovely, pearlescent, soft white, it is SO QUIET! and the mixing things are coated (SO much nicer) and although a funny color on their own, look great when attached to the mixer. This purchase was one of our first "nice things" and so happy to have this as a touch of luxury and reliability as we rebuild after losing everything. Suggestions? I still hate the loud "thunk" of having to shove the bowl into place, but don't see that changing anytime soon, and would suggest having a "kill switch" instead of having to plug and unplug every time you want to safely change out something with the machine.
