I am excited to purchase all of the additional attachments to make new and different foods for my family. I absolutely LOVE my "Candy Apple Red" it is beautiful!

Does what it's supposed to, and does it well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to this model from the classic plus and this model kneads dough so much better. The spiral dough hook is the key. The bigger bowl also handles larger batches like a champ.

Mixing up a storm

When we got home my husband bought me the mixer for Christmas so I could make bourbon cookies, candy, drinks! He also bought me the attachments to try making other things a week later. One happy girl!

Love the larger capacity bowl!

Powerful Mixer!

I bought this mixer a few weeks ago and I am very happy with its performance. However, a few quirks..I wish that the actual mixer part could be elevated. My other mixer, Kitchenaid Classic does lift and has a locking mechanism, which I like. I find my new one a bit less user friendly. Also there really needs to be clearer instructions on the locking into place part. You really need to slam it into the arm to secure the bowl. That took me by surprise. At first I thought the mixer was faulty and it took me quite awhile to figure out the slamming to secure the bowl.

Best Mixer Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The motor is quiet, very powerful. Capacity is easily large enough for 2 batches. The bowl attaches and removes with ease. We are able to use a mini-bowl for the times we have smaller batches of flour or 3 eggs for example.
