Strong mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this mixer about a month ago and have been using it every weekend to make bread, pastries, etc. So far, nothing has come close to making this thing work hard. However, it does seem to be plagued with the dreaded "clicking" problem that so many users have reported on various retail web sites. Overall, the sound level from the powerful DC motor is very low, but that makes the clicking noise sound louder than perhaps it would if the motor were much noisier. We're thinking of utilizing the warranty to get another machine that hopefully has no clicking noises.

I’ve been eyeing the 7qt pro line mixer for YEARS and my husband knew I’ve been wanting to upgrade to a bigger stronger mixer. My older mixer still runs strong but being able to double my recipe batches in one big bowl and not have to worry about A) any ingredients popping over the bowl and 2) the stronger motor in the pro line mixer is just amazing! Next thing I’ll be trying out is Italian meringue buttercream, in my smaller mixer (4.5 qt tilt head) most of the frosting nearly came out of the bowl so I’m confident my new 7 qt mixer will be up to the task!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in November. I’ve owned a Kitchen aid mixer since 2000 and upgraded after almost 20 yrs to make larger quantities of sour dough bread. I can mix up to three recipes in this machine and it makes it look easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a kitchen aid classic user for years...i have been baking a lot of heavy dough lately that I decided to upgrade my game...I bought the Pro Line® Series 7 Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer a month ago, and I am so happy I did...It can hold more dough...it just made baking bread much easier....love,love it!
