[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this just over a month ago and love it. It whips whip cream within minutes of turning it on. It handles bread dough and cookie dough with no effort. I wold recommend this mixer to anyone who does as much baking as i do. It is a great purchase.

Quiet and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this almost every day since we purchased it. This is to replace my 50plus year old Hobart professional mixer. Our new mixer was worth waiting for! It is quieter, ceasier to use and more powerful.
