Very disappointed

I brought this and within a week it was covered in Scratchs on the back and it hasn't been dropped.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I usually love Otterbox cases, but the stock photos of the Newport case for iPhone 7 does NOT match the actual color. Online it appears as a pretty pale pink. In person, it is NEON ORANGE. Not as shown, and therefore do not purchase if you are looking for a pink case.

I bought the Newport version, which was supposed to be a black, white, with a pretty rose pink. Unfortunately it is not pink at all, but more of a bright neon peach, almost a neon orange. Very unhappy.
The case feels very sturdy and good quality, but the color is extremely upsetting. And honestly, this was the only color scheme that I found even remotely attractive of the iPhone 7 cases. Why make ugly cases? I don't understand.

Cute but muffles my voice

I love how this case looks, but when I am on the phone the person I'm speaking to can't understand me. May be blocking the microphone?

We are sorry that you are experiencing some audio difficulties. This is not at all typical as our cases are designed to work seamlessly with their device. There should be ports at the bottom of the case that allow for a clear path for the speakers and microphone on your iPhone 7. We assume this is not happening when you take the case off. NOT SO GREAT

I bought the symmetry for my iphone7 and have not been pleased. It is extremely snug and it pushes up the screen saver in the corners. The worse thing is I cannot charge my phone in the case because the plug will not go in the bottom of the phone because hard case does not fit well and leave enough space for it to fit. Very disappointed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are sorry that this Symmetry case is letting you down. The fit should be relatively tight in order to properly protect your iPhone 7. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that all third party accessories will be compatible with our cases.
If you are using the charger that came with your iPhone you should not have any problems. We do make a tempered glass screen protector that will fit flawlessly with our products. Check out the link below for more information on the Alpha Glass.

It took me about 15 mins to get my new iphone 8 to put it in the case provided by you. It has iphone 7 on the case, I doubt it is made for iphone 8. its a misleading advertisement.
