Like it so far, but still lacking

The shelf that pushes back so we can have taller items in it is great, but still not enough room. Can't even stand a 2 liter of soda up with all shelves in place. The handle on the freezer keeps popping off and yes, I plan to call and schedule a service call, but this was delivered on Thursday and handle popping off on Friday. I shouldn't have to schedule a service call in less than a week. This is an annoyance that it now seems others have experienced so please fix it going forward. It is noticeably louder than any refrigerator we've ever had.

Hello. We appreciate your feedback. This can be considered for future manufacturing and design. We understand the frustration of the handle popping off. Attach the handle to the mounting fasteners by aligning the slots on the handle with the mounting fasteners. Slide the handle to the right until you hear a "click". Hope you find this helpful. Like not having all the excess features of other models, really don't need ice maker but would have had to order and wait longer than normal due to covid

Very happy with size and layout. Easy access and works great. Glad the salesman sent me towards the GE. We had one years ago that we liked also. After shopping around the price was also very good. Happy with this GE product

Large-well built, high-quality Refrigerator

This is a high quality refrigerator, which works great. My only two complaints are: The shelves in the door should be able to go lower. Also, I would prefer the freezer top shelve to not automatically pull out with the bottom door.

We bought this model to replace a 15 year old GE that had a small drawer for misc. items (sliced cheese, lunch meat, container herbs and spices) we now have to use one of the fruit and or vegetable drawers, very disappointing.
I would recommend this to a friend!
