Great features!

I am pleased with the performance of this printer. When my non-profit initiated the Shelter in Place, I ordered this printer to work from home. I did experience a hiccup with the ordering process. I initially received accordion file folders rather than the printer. After a few phone calls, and email exchanges, and a week longer, the printer finally arrived. The only functional issue i've had is inserting the paper tray. It can be a little fussy.

Affordable and Efficient

Installation smooth. ADF works well. Print quality is excellent. The touchscreen is small, as described, and if you have sight challenges it will be difficult to see. Overall very happy with purchase.

Didn’t last a year till driver was bad

Printer didn’t last a year till I had to update the driver. Now I can’t get it to work at all!
