Had a competitor's printer for 15+ years and it did all I needed, print, fax, copy, etc. When I decided to upgrade I decided to ask a friend for his suggestions, otherwise I was going to go to my old standby company. He suggested the Brother model as noted and I decided to buy it. Very pleased with the purchase. Stet-by-step (with pictures) to setup ALL the features the machine is capable of. I had it fully functional in 45 minutes.Excellent quality. All the bells & whistles I need and the footprint is smaller than my old printer. I've owned it for about 2 months and it is working fine. Hopefully it will still be running fifteen+ years from now :).

Sheet feeder works well for envelopes and labels. Old Brother inkjet printer did not.

I recently purchased this printer and found it easy to install. It's features like 2-sided printing and scan have been easy to use. We primarily use this printer for home use. It's also very fast.
