Letters gone on buttons

Her is a picture of the buttons after 5 months of use. This manufacture DEFECT needs to be addressed by Kitchenaid. Read the reviews of everyone who also had this happen! I was told that maybe I use the wrong cleaning product. Just not true. KitchenAid, read the reviews please,

Microwave with powerful exhaust fan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chose this over other low profile microwaves due to the 500 CFM Fan power. More powerful fan over another I looked at. Set the "done" alarm at loudest setting but still extremely quite-they need to change this for future models. Lots of buyers have also complained about the barely audible alarm. Also, wish wording on buttons was also engraved-others say wording wears off. Hope that doesn't happen! Like the look & has been working fine-installed about 1 month ago.
