[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a nice battery life on it. As for cut I don’t feel like it gives me a close enough cut. I find myself reshaving a few hours after using this. It’s quieter than last electric razor I had which is a plus.

I bought this to replace my R7130 razor, the R7130 was metal, had a battery level indicator displaying minutes, the R5 is plastic, works well, just not the same quality.

Didn't think I would like it THIS much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically shave my husband's head with a pair of regular style clippers but it just doesn't get close, even on the lowest setting. He doesn't use a razor because it's too time consuming and always ends in nicks to the skin. The Remington R5200 Series Rotary Shaver gets super close making his skin feel super soft. I also use it for my legs in the winter when I need them shaved but a razor is overkill since no ones sees them. It does an awesome job of going over the knee area as well.
It comes with a charging base station that doesn't take up much real estate on the bathroom counter which is nice because there's not too much of it to begin with! Charging times don't really matter because of how frequently use it, 2-3 times a week. When we're done using it, we just set it back into the stand and leave it. It's usually charged by the next time we go into the bathroom so we simply unplug and tuck it into the cabinet.
The only gripe I have about it is the plastic cover that goes over the head when it's not in use. It's kinda hard to get on and seems to pop off easily. Other than that it's a great product. This is the first time I've ever used this type of shaver and I can honestly say I'm quite impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this razor for my husband after he was on the hunt for a new one. I love that it has a quick charge setting as well as a full charge. We all know men forget to plug things in, so that feature has been a lifesaver for my husband when he is running late for work. He plugs it in, eats breakfast and it's charged enough once he's done eating. 2 thumbs up here!

Good shaver but really skimped on the power supply

The shaver is great however the power adapter is disappointing. The wire is stiff and very
light. The transformer protrudes out from the wall quite a bit. My previous shaver, a Remington,
had a transformer that hugged the wall and a coiled cord made of stranded wire so it could be pulled out to use and would retract when finished. Everything was very neat and orderly. This cord seems to always be in the way.
