I research everything thoroughly before buying, so great reviews influenced my decision to buy this microwave. My wife and I installed it ourselves with no trouble and we are very happy with it. We weren't too sure about the tune that indicates cooking/heating is done, but there are sound options in the settings to adjust this. Great and good looking microwave!
