Just had to replace my 5 year old Whirlpool Microwave with this one. This one has a lot of great features that my old one did not have like 6th Sense. If replacing one especially Whirlpool I highly recommend this one. Fit perfectly with exisitng brackets and holes inside of cabinet. Really quiet compared to the last one (replaced model WMH31017AS).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This could be more user friendly-I mean it is only a microwave but my older one you could just push number 1 and it would cook for 1 minute, you can't defrost meat under 2lbs?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just one problem noted. If you put in a cooking time that is wrong, there is nothing in the manual as to how to delete it and put in the time you want.
