I had a problem with the shelf in the microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shelf in the microwave was causing arcing and sparking while cooking, called customer support and was was promptly ignored for the last six months. Whirlpool is off my buy list.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Microwave Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this since August, 2020 & are very happy with it. Looks great, & the sensor features are wonderful, once you get the hang of them. I recommend exploring the reheat feature especially.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works fine, the feature I am not impressed with is the exhaust fan. It does not suck up any steam or smoke from the stove. The exhaust fan function is minimal and pretty much useless. Also, very noisy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this microwave just at a year now. I've been very happy. t works great, looks great and I love the sense cooking features. My only complaint is that last week the lights on the display all went out. I was really disappointed that after only a year the display is gone. Interestingly they came back the next day. I am hoping I am not in for a glitchy adventure and it was just temporary.
