There is not enough light in this unit. I had a more expensive upgraded model to this one, that gave out after 5 years of use. I did not want to spend as much as the same model I had, so I decided to settle for this model. I loved my other Whirlpool microwave, but this one is just okay. As they say, you get what you pay for.Marty

Fan is too loud!

The microwave works well and has many features. The only issue I have is that the fan is SOOOOO loud that you cannot hear anyone when it is on.

I'm very pleased with my over-the-range microwave. I love the features. When I picked out the microwave, I did it rather quickly based on an evaluation I saw. It wasn't until I had it installed that I saw all the features like one-button programming. My previous microwave had a few features but it wasn't as easy to use as my new microwave. I've been using it for about 2 months and would definitely recommend this for anyone.

Low our new Maytag Microwave

It is so nice and quiet. Simple to use and clean. Easy to see inside while using it. Hope it lasts 24 years like our old Maytag. We are a Maytag family.

Great features and preformance

We bought this appliance several months ago. It is the best microwave we have ever used and I have been using one since they came out in the 60's or there about. Love the time and the ability to just wipe to clean. It is so easy with the new type interior to keep it spotless even after the men forget to cover food. Cooks and warms to perfection.
