[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like it so far. Needed to replace our 14 year old microwave and this is similar to our old one. Our old microwave had a large rectangular glass plate and it rotated different than our new round plate. We liked the rectangular plate better because it was larger

For a new model it is missing a lot of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a new model it is missing a lot of features. Who decided that the sounds it makes were a good choice needs to rethink their choices, its not a toy its an appliance. Would've been nice to have a height adjustable rack. My old microwave the auto-sense for Popcorn made the "perfect" bag of popcorn, this new one has burned every bag so far, so now i have to stand in front of it and wait for it to stop popping before cancelling the timer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
