Whirlpool does not stand behind their appliances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave completely quit working less than three weeks after I bought it. Whirlpool will not replace it, and it has still not been repaired. I’ve been waiting over three weeks now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has couple more features than the 21 yr old microwave we replaced.
It comes with a middle rack, which we don't think we'll ever use, we
just removed it.
