Disappointed in this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed in this microwave. It does not even have half of the features of my old microwave. 1) The control panel (key pad) has no back light, so if you are trying to use it very early in the morning, you have to have a flashlight near by. 2) It has no vent or cover over the top exhaust (if used in recirculating mode) to keep dust, or objects from the cabinet above from falling right in there. 3) It seems to be made somewhat, dare I say, cheaper, or less solid, than the old ones. 4) The turn table is about two inches smaller than they used to be. As I said, somewhat disappointed. We will see if the longevity makes it worth while.

It's ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only complaint with the microwave, is that it heats from the outside in, rather than the inside out. I put in microwave safe dishes and upon removal, the dish it almost too hot to handle, but the food is only lukewarm. Everything else is ok. They don't make them like they used to.

Whirlpool WMH32519HZ Deserves a 0-star rating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased just over two years ago. A few days ago, I went to start the microwave and thought a gun shot went off. Found out it is the Magnetron failure. Was given an authorized repair shop in my area and was told it would be cheaper to replace the microwave. Not what I would have expected after only two years. Leason learned don't buy a Whirlpool Microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not pleased with product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 6 months ago. Does not cook well. Steamable vegetables take forever to cook. What should takes a few seconds to warm takes minutes. Exhaust fan does not work well.

The overall cooking results are influenced by the food itself. Consider the following factors and suggestions:
Amount: Larger amounts of food require longer cooking times. Check for doneness and add time in small increments as needed.
Size and Shape: Smaller, uniformly shaped pieces cook more quickly and evenly than larger or irregularly shaped food.
Starting Temperature: Foods at room temperature heat faster than refrigerated foods, and refrigerated foods heat faster than frozen foods.
Composition and Density:
Foods high in fat and sugar heat faster and reach a higher temperature.

Poor warranty service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave was working fine. A sudden large noise and it quit working. Understand that this happens. What is disappointing is the service for repair under warranty. Scheduled visit was 11 days out from requested. Out for 10 minutes, says does not have parts, has to order. 9 days later they say the parts are in. earliest appointment is 10 days out. Not happy that service is so bad.
