Easy install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a 10-year-old similar model that served us well. The new one has the features we wanted; however, the gray interior of the microwave is not preferred. A white interior would be better. The new unit installation was simple and easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does Not Heat Food

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and it does not heat food consistently. Sometimes it works, but sometimes it doesn’t. This is an issue when we do not use the sensor technology. We haven’t even tried that yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the the Whirlpool Gold Microwave model for 12 yrs. This is a replacement, I hope it lasts for at least 6 yrs. due to it's chintzy design. My car door closes quitter and the cook end beep is the same beep as my electric clothes dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago to match our new Whirlpool refrigerator and are disappointed.
Assuming the name brand meant excellent, this microwave is not. Outside appearance is nice however, open the door and it has a cheap feel to it. The inside casing also looks cheap. It works as a microwave should so we are keeping it to avoid the hassle of an exchange. Therefore, we would not recommend unless you are on a strict budget and do not care of the look and feel. We only hope it lasts.

Compared to my old Whirlpool microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a few negative things about the microwave. The keypad is hard to see unless you have bright light. The markings are a grey color. They should of made them bright white. The light underneath to light up the stove top is too far back. Otherwise it works great.

some good and bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave was one of the Appliance which came with our new home. One thing I don't like is there is not a top where the vent is toward the front of the microwave. It seems like anything can drop down in there or you can place you hand in there which seems dangerous.
I do like the way it heats up
