You need this microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent microwave. It has a large capacity and the inside is coated to facilitate easy cleaning. The performance is fantastic. It does it all and even has a removable rack. If you’re in need of a great all around microwave this is the one for you.

Just ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this to replace a Samsung made Kenmore that parts are no longer available. This oven doesn't have the power of the old one but it's close. The biggest negative is the keypad, it's dark and almost impossible to see in low light, we could use the oven with no problem with much less light than we have to use with the new one.

Poor durability

It has been less than 2 years I brought this microwave. Multiple issues and now it completely stopped working. If you are looking for something beyond 2 years with good durability, this product is not the right choice. I tried reaching the Whirpool rep but they dont cover anything since its over a year now. Extremely dissatisfied.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this microwave about three months ago and I am so unhappy with it .This microwave has not worked properly since I purchased it First of all I paid for installation and the This the installers who were supposed to install the microwave did not install it .I had paid for installation with whirlpool And I never received a discount Or a refund .I had to hire another contractor to install the whirlpool microwave .Whirlpool sent out a contractor to repair the microwave But as of this point the microwave has to be removed from my house And repaired in another location. This has been a inconvenience for me and my family I am very disappointed with the overall service that I have received from whirlpool.I will be without an at microwave for over several days I have been informed That it will take that time to get the parts needed .
