Clicking noise at startup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave always makes a noise at startup. The service technician said it was caused by the internal relays clicking on. Our previous microwave did not have the noise. It's annoying and I hope there is no quality issue.

Disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like nothing about this microwave except how it looks. I bought it because I wanted the additional shelf; however, the shelf is so close to the turntable that it can seldom be used. The "sensor" feature is a joke--the first setting I used was Reheat: Dinner Plate; the food was dried out--the meat was like jerky! The buttons are not sensitive at all, often taking several pushes to register. I purchased this on line because it sounded so good....never again!
