HATE IT...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The over the range light is at the back and provides poor cooking light. My previous microwave the light over the range was at the front and was much more helpful. Also, when the light is on you can really feel the HEAT it produces inside the microwave...is there any insulation at all? Are we getting radiation for this poorly built microwave? The interior is rough and don't understand how a rough texture can "RELEASE" particles better than a smooth glossy texture. HATE IT! Also the interior light is located at the FRONT of microwave and doesn't provide much light either. The 12 inch rotation plate is small.

New microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a whirlpool microwave for 18 years. Loved it. So when it died I got another whirlpool. New one is cheaper made. Very tinny sounding when opening and closing. Have to have a light on to see the controll panel. Beeping sounds very low. Loud fan.

Disapointed on the features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a Samsung prior for a long time and used it daily . Always got a perfect baked potato with just one button pressed. We now still haven't gotten a perfect baked potato without going thru a long menu, and we have to be careful on our menu choice.
