Don’t purchase thru the discount program

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this microwave thru a discount program from my home warranty company. The original microwave was the same model and was provided by the builder. I’m so disappointed that I purchased another versus paying to get the original fixed. This version is cheaply made. I can tell from the handle, to the sound it makes when the door shuts. Does it heat food, yes. Are the features useful, yes.

Good microwave, required turn table repair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave about three months ago and it’s been good. I did have it repaired last week. The turn table was not working smoothly, it was kind of “clunking” when it turned and it sounded some gears were not completely engaged. The repairman replaced the turn table motor and it seems to be working smoothly now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought as replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace my old oven because it was making a clicking noise, and only thing I noticed different was the numbers are harder to push for me....I'm over 55 and have to push them rather hard and I can't see what is cooking inside because the black tint is up higher on the machine. I am on the shorter side, and have to stand on my tip toes.

Easy Install, great looking unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a Whirlpool 1.7 Cu unit with same dimensions and footprint as this unit. Easy to install, still getting used to using the settings which are somewhat different with more steps. Not sure about the sensing feature which overcooked two baked potatoes. Seem to have an excessive amount of fingerprints on the glass.
