Excellent microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Whirlpool Over-the-Range Microwave is an excellent addition to my kitchen. This unit is beautiful with an excellent stainless steel finish that matches my home appliances. The quality is byfar the best. Installation was extremely easy, and if we had any doubts, we just referred to the manual, which was very easy to read and understand. It adds life and a wonderful look to my kitchen. Upon the first use, I added a pizza slice, and I was surprised at the noise level. It's definitely quieter than the previous unit I had installed. The heat was distributed evenly and accurately. Once the microwave finished, it chimes differently, which I like and it also keeps alarming after each few minutes that your meal is ready. Overal, we are extremely please, and we definitely recommend it.

Don't use the grill part other than that its great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and the installer warned us about the metal grill like tray in the middle that some people if it moves n the microwave and touches the side it can spark and start a fire, I told my wife she wanted to see and set it in there and it seemed fine. I month later we found out what was meant as she sat something inside that bumped (ceramric bowl with lid that jiggled due to heat while being coked ) hit the grill sparks flew we stopped it and pulled it out thankfully. This of course led to an argument in which now me and my wife have not talked in 1 week.... Just saying its a known issue and should be fixed or removed other than that the microwave is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new microwave!! It’s so big and works amazing compared to our old one! It was super easy to set up and came with everything we would need! I love that we can turn the turntable off and back on when we don’t need it to move!

So far so good - love the design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only got my Whirlpool microwave last week and had it installed. So far so good, but I really cannot rate it yet.
Had a Maytag and was really happy with it. At the end Magnetron problem. I do not cook in the microwave only warm up. I know this new microwave has a sensor menu, but I was wondering how I can use like 2 minutes or 3 minutes heat up, without going to the sensor menu.
