Vent Fan Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New Whirlpool microwave (model WMH32519HZ10) was installed by 2 technicians from the appliance store on February 6th. The heating/cooking part of the unit works fine. The drawback is that the 3-speed vent fan only works on low speed. The medium and high-speed fan does not work. On February 10th, technicians from the appliance store came and confirmed that the vent fan was defective. On February 18th, a Whirlpool repair technician came and replaced the "mother board" in the unit. The fan still does not work properly. The technician was supposed to come back today (February 25th) to replace the vent fan in the unit, but I just got a call informing me that the technician can't make the appointment today. He rescheduled for March 1st. Why can't Whirlpool just install a new microwave and take the defective unit back? I welcome a phone call or email from Whirlpool explaining why the defective unit can't be replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for families!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all thank you INFLUENSTER! The first thing I noticed was how easy it is to clean it, specially with fingerprints! Our previous microwave always had marks and it was hard to maintain clean, this one is the complete opposite. I like it has the feature to “ lock” specially for kids. It’s not loud at all, my kids like the little tune it does 😆 so far we’re loving it.

Impressive functionality and features for its pric

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love love this microwave. It replaced my builder grade Frigidaire above range microwave.
Firstly, there are TWO light options: high, low, off, for the stovetop, which is amazing because there are times when I had wanted a light but not full-on blinding bright light but my old microwave only had on/off option.
Secondly, there are THREE fan speeds: high, medium, low, and off; again, you don't realize how convenient these are until you have them to compare to the two speed version you had before (deafening and barely functioning).
Thirdly, the sensor cooking has already astounded me.
Never did I think you could put a turntable AND a rack in a micro -- so nifty! And the quick ability to turn off the turntable when reheating a larger item - so great.
I'm excited to learn all of the quirks this micro has to offer but so far, it's been impressive to say the least.
Visually, it is very sleek and has a nice coolish tint to the stainless compared to my former micro stainless color (which is shown in images I shared). Some other microwaves in higher $$ points have less stainless showing, or have more sleek design but personally, I like this design and style a lot. It is actually 0.5" taller than my former microwave, but because of the design it feels smaller in the space.
The interior space is also well utilized - compared to my other microwave it feels massive, but I think it's only slightly bigger in reality but the design and functionality of this OTR microwave makes it feel cavernous inside (in a good way!)
Interior is also a light grey - which as I've already tested (accidentally), cleaned with ease. Looks great too!

My ONLY two gripes, and this is being nitpicky:
1) there is only on/off for button press sounds, I wish it had a volume adjustment option as I would have preferred to keep the sound on to confer button presses since there's not really a tactile response, but it was too loud in my opinion to not be terribly obnoxious when selecting things.
2) I wish the clock could be larger on the screen as the blue led (which I love the blue compared to my former micro green as seen on my oven display in photos) is harder to read with astigmatism and is smaller in size and makes it almost impossible to read unless within a few feet of the microwave. My boyfriend and I have realized how much we used the old microwave as a clock by way of trying to see it on the new one and having difficulty with it.
