Super Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is silent when running. The beep when the timer goes off is also pleasant which is amazing because others can be extremely annoying. You can turn on this feature and turn off this feature. Very easy to install as it slides right in above the range. The door is not heavy which makes it easy and less painful if you hit it with your head like I do all the time! Overall, great microwave!!

Two Anoying issues: Tray instability and filter

The product has been running OK for about 3-4 yrs. However, from the start I find the carousel a real pain. Everytime I lift a cooked product off the glass I have a difficult time putting the 3 glass inserts in the bottom of the tray to match with the gray/white rotating 3-groove attachment at the microwave's bottom. Every time!! Is there something to fix/address this or am I the only one? Not being too tall, I can't see what I'm doing but find it a pain to match up the glass bottom to the rotator, thus the tray will not rotate the dish next time. Is there a solution/attachment to lock it in place?
Secondly, I find it difficult to change out the microwave's filter underneath it.There must be a solution or simpler way to get the filter in and out as it doesn't easily slide in. Both issues are a real pain.
