[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took the retailer longer to install than I was expecting. Then after about a week, I found a crack in the glass plate, which was taken care of right away. Other than these minor issues, it works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave to replace a JENNAIRE. It's really hard to find an over the range microwave in 'biscuit' by the way. We've had this product for almost 2 months now and it seems ok, nothing special ... the panel is sometimes hard to read because the letters are really small and everything is flush. Maybe I should wait to submit my review, I don't know, but so far, so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is too soon to rate it. Will do so as time increases. Installation was done well. The product is basically the same as the microwave which was replaced with a few differences. I do feel that the old mircrowave was better quality than this one. They don't make them to last like they used to. The one I replaced was 10 years old. Let's see how long this one lasts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In use for over 2 months and love the function and ease of use. The interior is so a breeze to keep clean and the no-fingerprint "stainless steel" make a quick wipe down effortless. It was easy to install, but you will need two people.
