Poor illumination of the controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit I purchased works fine with the exception of the poor visibility of the controls on the face of the unit. The unit would get top marks if the controls were illuminated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacement Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement for the same make and model I bought about 6 years ago. That one just quit. Cheaper to buy new one than repair. I like the features and it’s easy to use. I installed myself.

too complicated to operate, waste of plastic wrap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not pleased that every function is so automated that I must make several choices every time I use it. The Whirlpool this one replaced was so much simpler to operate. Additionally, I don't want to cover dishes with plastic wrap when I reheat. What an environmental waste!
