[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my model EXCEPT that the keyboard doesn’t stay lit compared to my last microwave. Also, what is the deal with the metal tray? I took it out and will stay out. This appliance works well, but nothing above a countertop one for 1/3 the cost.

Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over the stove microwave oven to replace one (that rhymes with Madvantium) that failed. What I like about my new microwave is the size, it is cavernous inside and easy to clean, it comes with a rack that allows you to stack items inside the oven, the vent is powerful and efficient, the controls are intuitive and easy to clean and the chime is pleasant and not earsplitting. What I don't like is the light that shine down on the stove. It is a bit weak and only illuminates the back burners. This is only a minor complaint and considering everything that I like about this oven, the positives far outweigh the negatives and I do wholeheartedly recommend this product.
