I like this microwave, It heats food up fast and evenly, It is the first microwave that I have own that makes popcorn without burning it. I enjoy all the features it comes with. It is stylish and looks good in my kitchen. Great product.

Some great features, but

So far so good, have only used a couple of features... like the warm, melt, soften features. It could have better defrost features. Since the previous oven was white, having difficulty seeing the buttons, must turn on extra lighting.

Love the sensing technology

The sensing technology on this microwave is a wonderful feature. It takes the guessing game out of reheating something or popping popcorn, etc. It also allows you to avoid the massive explosions that tend to occur if you don't sit and pay attention to what you are reheating. My only complaint is that it takes a little longer to heat/cook things compared to my past microwaves, but I suppose it could have something to do with the wattage (but I honestly believe they have all been the same wattage).
