Definitely a Good Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the food sensing function. Even though this is rated at a higher power level than the Kenmore Elite this Whirlpool replaced, foods that took 2.5 minutes to heat in the Kenmore need 3 minutes in the Whirlpool.
Positive: 1. Much easier installation than the prior Kenmore. 2. Cooks popcorn PERFECTLY!

Nice microwave with great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice over the range microwave. I especially like the sensor cooking feature. I would have gave it five stars, except there is a metal rack in the middle of the cooking space. This rack fell down while cooking and started sparking and making bad noises. I had to remove the rack. I’m not sure what the purpose of the rack is anyways. Another nice feature is that you can change where the fan discharge goes. Mine goes out through the top of the microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No owner's manual provided, only installation instructions. Since I did not install the unit the manual is useless to me. I expected more from Whirlpool appliances. Still not sure how use some of the features. Please let me know where I can find a useful owner’s manual
