Terrible appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Newly installed and I wish I hadn’t bought this appliance. Microwave is fine but the exhaust hood is terrible. I have this over a whirlpool range. The light on the hood is in the back by wall so doesn’t shine on cooking surface, barely even shines on control panel of range. The hood does not pull up steam from the front burners. This was a big waste of money. Who ever designed it never cooked. If they had they would have put light in the front where it would be useful and have better exhaust up of steam. Giving 2 stars because microwave is ok. Hood is terrible.

nice, and looks great in my kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an older model, and so far so good. I will say that the only draw back I have is that the older model had 2 lights underneath it, and they were on each side and up front. That gave more light to the stove and area around it.

Improved performance and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the improvements over my old microwave (that died at 13 years of age). It was also easy to install, after watching a youtube video and taking several deep breaths. Not bad for a 70 year old lady.

Perfect Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent. Easy to use. Very intuitive. The dials are easy to reach Andi was be to use it as soon as it was installed without referring to instructions. I love the tune it plays to let me know my item is cooked.

This replaced an earlier model of the same brand but has more features and is an ideal appliance for the kitchen. We are delighted with our purchase and the functioning of this great appliance. Would recommend it to anyone!
