Operation and appearance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I check everything on the unit before I signed for it, by plugging it in to an outlet and turning on the light, fan, and the microwave itself to make sure everything worked. Everything checked out perfectly. No external or internal damage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It makes a scraping sound when it starts and stops. I was told this was the vent and not to be concerned, but it makes me feel uneasy about its longevity.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ok, but some frustrating "Features"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave a month ago and am generally pleased with its performance. I am frustrated with the keypad which does not have a backlighting feature and having to depress keys multiple times to get to the function you are using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased it Feb. 6th 2024. The 1st one was delivered on 02/22/24 And when they opened the box it was damaged. We finally received it on 03/08/24.
I would recommend this to a friend!
